2025 Jesters Annual General Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an annual general meeting (the "Meeting") of the members of The Jesters Club (Ontario) (the "Club") will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. EST via Microsoft Teams video conference for the following purposes:
to receive the financial statements of the Club for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024;
to elect executive committee members;
to transact such further and other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
MEMBERS WHO ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE MEETING IN PERSON ARE REQUESTED TO COMPLETE, DATE AND SIGN THE ENCLOSED INSTRUMENT OF PROXY AND RETURN IT AS DIRECTED BELOW FOR THAT PURPOSE.
Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be deposited with Alex Carter, Co-Chair, The Jesters Club (Ontario), by email to acarter@assante.com before 5:00 pm on Monday February 17, 2025 or by regular mail to: The Ontario Jesters Club, 190 Craigleith Road, Blue Mountains, ON, L9Y0S4, to arrive by not later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on Monday, February 17, 2025.
